We are happy to welcome Bryan Pellerin to the McCauley Lyman team as a Senior Attorney. Byran brings over 25 years of commercial real estate, financing, and business transactions experience, including extensive real estate development and finance work. His focus will be on real estate/energy development and transactions, asset purchases and sales, project development for renewable energy projects, and other corporate and business matters. Before joining McCauley Lyman, Bryan was a partner at D’Amante, Couser, Pellerin & Associates, P.A. in Concord, NH.
Personally, Bryan has served his town as a Selectman, a member of its Economic Development Committee, and a member of its Open Space Committee. NH Governor Maggie Hassan appointed Bryan to serve on the Merrimack River Valley Flood Control Commission in NH’s negotiations with Massachusetts, of which he was Chair. Bryan also coached his children’s soccer and baseball teams. We are pleased to welcome Bryanna C. Frazier as McCauley Lyman’s newest Attorney. Bryanna has practiced as a transactional lawyer since 2016, primarily handling commercial real estate and business transactions, with several years of experience handling affordable housing development work, as well. Her transactional experience provides a solid grounding to support our renewable energy clients.
Bryanna enjoys using her LLM in Taxation as a volunteer attorney with the Southeast Louisiana Legal Services Low Income Taxpayer Clinic. She is licensed to practice in Louisiana. The McCauley Lyman team is looking forward to RE+ in Las Vegas, NV, September 11 - 14. Visit us on Sands Level 2, Booth 353.
Beckett Senter and Maria Bries are looking forward to attending the Midwest Solar Expo from May 1 - 3 in Chicago, IL. We hope to see some of you there!
We are happy to welcome Debbie Bencik Briggs to the McCauley Lyman team as an Attorney. Debbie brings nearly 25 years of transactional experience, including extensive experience with mergers and acquisitions. Her focus will be on financing transactions, joint ventures, asset purchases and sales, as well as project development, real estate and title matters for renewable energy projects and other general/corporate and business matters. Before coming to McCauley Lyman, Debbie worked in several in-house legal roles, serving as M&A counsel to a Fortune 500 manufacturer, providing commercial representation, and providing representation on corporate governance, compliance, reorganization, and transactional activities. She worked for 8 years in-house at Motorola as the Senior Global Transactions Counsel, managing the major business process outsourcings, and serving as lead lawyer in mergers, joint ventures, and asset sales and purchases. Prior to that, Debbie was in private practice at Mayer Brown LLP and other firms, working as a corporate and securities attorney.
Personally, Debbie has been actively involved in fundraising, advocacy and support for Type 1 Diabetes for over 15 years, working to raise awareness through her local JDRF chapter. We're getting excited for the inaugural Solar Farm Summit in Chicago in a few weeks! Maria Bries will be speaking about Ground Mount Solar Basics on March 14.
We’re continuing to grow, and are excited to welcome Corrinne Tufano as a Paralegal.
